Mithun Chakraborty, Pooja Bhatt and Juhi Chawla starred movie ‘Tadipaar’ is an action packed drama movie which was directed by Mahesh Bhatt. The movie was released on 17th December, 1993 and other starcast included Anupam Kher, Avtar Gill, Gulshan Grover, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Tiku Talsania, Vikram Gokhale, Makrand Deshpande, Gavin Packard, Javed Khan etc in important roles. The movie was produced by Mukesh Bhatt whereas the music of the movie was given by famous Shravan Rathod and Nadeem Saifi. Movie starts with a guy named Shankar (Mithun Chakraborty) who lives a poor lifestyle. Later one day he gets into a violent confrontation with another goon. This confrontation results in arresting of Shankar by the Police. Later he is presented in the court where he is sentenced to live outside the limits of the city and also he must present himself at the nearest Police Station for the purpose of attendance. Now he has to follow these orders otherwise he has to suffer again. He starts living alongwith his friend named Kadak (Avtar Gill). After sometime, at a night he comes across a young woman named Namkeen (Pooja Bhatt) who is in need for help.

Shankar rescues her from some hoodlums and later brings her home. But after sometime, he comes across an article in which she resembles a multi-millionaire Mohinidevi who has gone missing. Later Shankar asks Namkeen to become Mohinidevi so that they can attain some of her wealth. He wants her to do so, so that they can lead a secure and wealthy life. After getting Shankar, Namkeen also agrees to do so and help him.
