Uday Chopra, Rahul Dev and Nandita Das starred movie ‘Supari’ is a crime drama packed movie which was directed by Padam Kumar. The movie was released on 20th June, 2003 under the baner of Lionheart Production House. Other starcast included Akash Saigal, Purab Kohli, Nauheed Cyrusi, Irrfan Khan, Nisha Arora, Sanjay Batra, Parmita Katkar, Supriya Karnik, Ajai Rohilla etc in significant roles. The movie was produced by Padam Kumar and Krishan Arora whereas the screenplay and dialogues of the movie were given by Mushtaq Sheikh and Sutapa Sikdar respectively. Music of the movie was given by famous duo Vishal-Shekhar and list of playback singers included Sunidhi Chauhan, Vishal Dadlani, Hariharan, Mahalakshmi Iyer, Kay Kay, Sukhwinder Singh etc. Hit sogs of the movie are listed below:

Movie starts with a person named Aryan Pandit (Uday Chopra) who lives a middle class lifestyle in Nasik alongwith his family. The whole family depends upon his father’s earnings who is a salesman. On the other hand, Aryan has always a big dream of being wealthy and driving a red Ferrari. But it is not possible in his father’s income. Later he gets admission in St. Andrews College in Bombay and therefore he relocates there. There he finds three other guys named Papad (Rahul Dev), Mushy (Akash Saigal) and Chicken (Purab Kohli) and becomes friend of them. All three of them are also belonging from middle class families. Then he starts living his life. He borrows money from a guy named Matka Rajan (Manipal Reddy) for gambling but unfortunately loses everything.

Now he is unable to re-pay and therefore Rajan sets his goons on him. As a result Aryan goes to Baba (Irrfan Khan) for help who takes him to Mamta Shekari (Nandita Das) and asks her to hire him as a hit man. Aryan reluctantly agrees and then he is trained by Baba to kill. Soon he kills his first target who is none other than Rajan. He also tells about this to his friends who join him too. In the meantime, Aryan has fallen in love with a Parsi girl named Dilnawaaz (Nauheed Cyrusi). But when hshe comes to know about Aryan’s work, she wants him to quit. Later he quits but his friends refuse to quit. Later the trio gets another contract for which they are ready but are shocked to see the photograph who is none other than Aryan.
