Songs of Kismat


Bobby Deol and Priyanka Chopra starrer action movie “Kismat” was released under the banner of Time Magnetics (India) Pvt Ltd on February 20, 2004. The movie is directed by Guddu Dhanoa. Other cast of the movie includes Aashish Vidyarthi, Sanjay Narvekar, Mushtaq Khan, Mohan Joshi, Smita Jaykar, Kabir Bedi, Amit Behl, Shahbaaz Khan and Virendra Saxena. The music of the movie is composed and directed by Anand Raj Anand and the songs were sung by Sunidhi Chauhan, Anand Raj Anand, Richa Sharma, Shaan, Gayatri Ganjawala, Abhijeet and Alka Yagnik.

Kismat directed under the hands of Guddu Dhanona has a plot that has been presented before many times. The story of the movie is wonderfully narrated by the director with brilliant screenplay. The story of the movie revolves around Tony ( Bobby Deol ), an orphan from childhood, has learned to survive in this cruel world. He steals any thing to earn his leaving. One day after getting a big hand, to enjoy his earnings he went to watch a show. As the show started he saw a beautiful girl Sapna ( Priyanka Chopra ) singing on the stage.

He fell in love with her at the very first sight. But he was unable to approach as his social stature was not at her level. Soon he found out that she was engaged to a rich man. He decided to earn big money and then ask her hand from her parents. An opportunity came his way when he got the job of forcing a man to sign some documents. He went to the man and forced him to sign the papers, due to this a Raj Mallya ( Kabir Bedi ) was able to sell his illegal drugs in the market. The man was arrested and his wife committed suicide. Now he came to know that man was Sapna’s father. How would he now convince Sapna? Will she forgive her?
