Anil Kapoor and Rekha starrer bollywood movie “Insaaf Ki Awaz” was released under the production of D Rama Naidu and was also directed by him. The movie was released on November 14, 1986 and it comes under the genre of action movies. Other cast of the movie includes Anupam Kher, Jagdeep, Asrani, Gulshan Grover, Shafi Inamdaar, Roopesh Kumar, Kader Khan, Aruna Irani, Tej Sapru, Raj Babbar, Pallavi Joshi and Richa Sharma. The movie Insaaf Ki Awaz comes up with a story that revolves around the tussle between an honest female police officer and the crooked criminals of the society who are constantly involved in antisocial and illegal activities. The story of the movie focuses on the life of a dynamic and honest female police officer Jhansi Rani ( Rekha ), who is always ready to sacrifice her life for her duty. She was happily married to the man she loved the most, her husband used to work in a factory. Jhansi Rani had a young brother in the form of Ravi ( Anil Kapoor ).

The factory her husband worked for was run and owned by two crooked partners Mahendranath and Kailashnath. The twist in the story of the movie comes when Ravi fell in love with a beautiful girl, who accidently happened to be the younger daughter of Mahendranath. He didn’t approve of this relation and wanted his daughter to marry some other guy who comes from a rich family background. Mahendranath also started punishing and torturing his daughter for going against his orders of not meeting Ravi. Mahendranath and his partner now started to pose problems to Jhansi and hence she was forced to resign from the police job, now Ravi was left with no other option but to fight against the injustice.
