Ek Ajnabee brings the image of angry young man on the screen which was lost in the family drama since the mid 90’s. Yes Big B is back in the image what the viewers relished sic-nce the 70’s. The movie is directed under the able hands odf Aporva Lakhia who has given the movie a Hollywood touch. The movie looks great and with a great script and screenplay. The movie had a gripping impact on the viewers during the first half but the pace of the movie slightly dips after the kidnap of young girl. Suryaveer Singh ( Amitabh Bachchan ) an ex-army commando now lives an eventless life left only with his drinks.

His life was given a new lease when one of his counterpart Shekher ( Arjun Rampal )handed him with the job of a bodyguard. He was surprised when he learnr about his job of protecting a young 8 year old girl Anamika ( Baby Rucha Vaidya ), daughter of a multi billionaire ( Vikram Chatwal & Parizad Zorabian ). Soon a solid bonding was formed between thelittle girl and Surya. With a dramatic turnaround, Anamika was kidnapped by ( Raj Zutshi ), and later shot dead. Filled with revenge Surya set on a mission to gun down all those involved in the murder. From here on the movie unfolds in layers filled with great suspense. The movie is filled with lot of action sequences. Once again Amitabh Bachchan has showed the caliber of his art and how he alone can make a movie a big success. Overall the movie is great experience to watch and specially for those who are inspired by Hollywood movies.
