Dus Kahaniyaan as the name suggests as a movie that contains ten stories. None of the stories is interrelated nor is there any narrator who is a common link to the stories. All the ten stories are wonderful and refreshing to watch. The movie is completely different farom other movies like Darna Mana Hai or Darna Zaroori Hai, in a way that each story in this movie is not directed by the same director. The very first story: Rice Plate Portrays how a Hindu Women ( Shababna Azmi ) faces the challenge when a Muslim man claims her rice plate. Sex on the beach: It tells about a young man ( Dino Morea ) who picks up a book at the beach and the character of the book came alive in the form of a sizzling hot babe ( Tareena ).

Matrimony: This is a story of a married couple that faces betrayal and broken faith. There’s a twist in the movie as it nears its culmination. Like this there are seven more stories and each one is equally interesting and beautiful. The actors have performed beautifully in their respective stories. Debutant director Jasmeet Dhodi ths narrated the story ‘love Date’ very beautifully, Rohit Roy has handled his story ‘Rice Plate’ with with great precision. The story ‘Rise and Fall’ has depicted the story of two gangsters and their journey in a great manner. Sanjay Dutt has performed very well. The music album of the movie became very popular with its wonderfully composed music. Overall the movie is a blow of fresh air on the boxoffice.
