Hindi romantic comedy film, Dil toh Bachcha Hai Ji, was released on January 28, 2011. The movie is directed by National award winner director, Madhur Bhandarkar. The movie is produced by Kumar Mangat and was distributed under the banner of Bhandarkar Entertainment and Wide Frame Films. Bollywood stars Ajay Devgan, Emraan hashmi, Omi Vaidya and Shazahn Padamsee are in lead roles in the film while Shruti Hassan, Shraddha Das, Tisca Chopra, Shweta Salve, Mukesh Tiwari and Rituparna Sengupta have also portrayed important roles in the film. The music of the film is composed by ace music director, Pritam Chakraborthy. The lyrics of the songs are rendered by Neelesh Mishra, Kumaar, Sanjay Chhel and Saeed Qadri. The songs of the film are rendered by Mohit Chauhan, Kunal Ganjawala, Sonu Nigam etc. Famous television actress, Shweta Salve has done a hot dance number in the film. The movie was passed with ‘A’ certificate by Central Board of Film Certification.

Naren Ahuja (Ajay Devgan) is a simple guy who works as a Manager in Bank. Naren has no such issues in his life except the divorce case he has filed aganst his wife, Madhavi (Rituparna Sen Gupta). He come across two guys named Abhay (Enraam Hashmi) and Milind Kelkar (Omi Vaidya). Abhay is a compleye playboy and works as a gym trainer in a high profile gym. On the otherhand, Milind works in a matrimonial company. Abhay does not believe in love while Milind is in search of true love. Naren allows Abhay and Milind to stay in his house as paying guests. Naren falls in love with a new recruit in his office named, June Pinto (Shazahn Padmsee). Milind also gets attracted towards a radio jocky, Gungun Sarkar (Shraddha Das). Abhay falls for an ex-miss universe named Anushka Narang (Tisca Chopra).

Gungun is not really interested in Milind but she always uses him for her own benefits. Abhay’s affair with Anushka comes to an interesting point when he comes across Anushka’s young and beautiful step daughter, Nikki Narang (Shruti Hassan). Abhay falls in love with Nikki and soon break up with Anushka. Abhay, for the first time falls in true love with a girl, but this time the girl is not serious about him. Nikki refuse to make any commitment to Abhay. Gungun also leaves Milind as she gets a role in a film. Naren also learns that June’s marriage has been arranged with her boyfriend. Abhay, Naren and Milind takes a vow that they will never fall in love with girls again.
