Jeetendra and Saira Banu starred movie ‘Aakhri Dao’ is a romantic, action and crime packed movie which was directed by A. Salaam. The movie was released in 1975 and other starcast included Danny Denzongpa, Ramesh Deo, Mohan Choti, Satyendra Kapoor, Padma Khanna, Ranjeet, Iftekhar and many more who played significant roles in the movie. The movie as produced by M.M. Malhotra whereas the writer of the movie was Javed Akhtar. Movie starts with a euy named Ravi (Jeetendra) who lives a poor lifestyle. Also he is a con man and used to crack the safes of any kind or in other words, he is master in cracking the safe of any kind. Also he has two another persons alongwith him named Robert (Danny Denzongpa) and his girlfriend named Julie (Padma Khanna). But soon he realises that the life is just not so easy and he has to earn some respect in the community and therefore he pull-off himself from this job and decides to go straight. Later he seeks a respectable job and soon gets the employment as a manager. His task is to look after wood products.

There he comes across a beautiful and attractive young woman named Reena (Saira Banu) who is none other than the only daughter of his employer and also the owner (Satyendra Kapoor). Later one day, Ravi has to open a safe to save little daughter of local police chief. After that he wins respect and admiration from Reena and the entire community. Soon both of them fall in love with each other. Everything goes on a smooth track untill Robert and Julie come to him and ask for his help in cracking open a safe they had robbed recently.
