Jimmy Shergill and Saloni Ashwani starrer bollywood movie “Rehguzar” was released under the banner of Elfit Exports (p) Ltd on November 17, 2006. The movie is directed by Faruq Masudi. Other cast of the movie includes Rakesh Bedi, Mushtaq Khan, Vrajesh Hirjee, Usha Bachani, Rajiv Verma, Guddi Maruti, Amri, Kapil Kothari, Aurangazeb Legari and Qawi Khan who played significant roles in the movie. The music of the movie is directed and composed by Aadesh Shrivastav. The movie Rehguzar had a great plot that has hardly been tried before in the bollywood movies. The movie talks about the working class in the gulf countries, their third grade citizenship and the hard work they have to do before they reach a noticeable position. The movie had a good story line but the director was not able to transform it into equally well on to the silver screen. The movie is centered around an Indian engineer Rahul ( Jimmy Shergill )who came to Dubai to horn his fortunes. But soon he realized that life is not as easy and luxurious as he had thought of before coming to Dubai. He met a beautiful girl Neha ( Saloni Ashwani ) and fell in love with her instantly.

Neha was the daughter of a rich Indian businessman ( Rajiv Verma ). In search of a good job Rahul continuously switched his jobs and finally ends up working in Rajiv Verma’s company. He was ompletely unaware of the fact that he was working for his girlfriend’s father. He faced many problems and tackled each one of them very efficiently. Ultimately in the end just like all other bollywood movies the hero is the only one who wins all the battles. The movie had a good story but it lacks most of the things that a hit movie requires. The music of the movie is also not up to the mark, just like its dull screenplay. Overall the movie is not worth watchin, even the performances of all the actors are also lackluster. The movie seems to be the biggest loser on the box office.
