Govinda and Karishma Kapoor starrer comic flick “Raja Babu” was released under the production of Nandu G Tolani on January 21, 1994, while the movie is directed by David Dhawan. The movie is another one that comes with the combo of Govinda and David Dhawan, it is typically ful of hilarious sequences and runs at a consistant pace. The movie revolves around the life of Raja Babu ( Govinda ), he is the only son of a rich family of Kishen Singh ( Kadar Khan ) and Janki Singh ( Aruna Irani ). Raja is very close to his mother and hence always gets whatever he wants. He is so notorious that he left his education and is a illiterate. One day a young girl Madhu ( Karishma Kapoor ) came his way around, Raja lost his heart for her at the very first sight.

An arrange marriage between the two was fixed by Kishen and her father. Madhu happily agreed to marry Raja, but when she came to know that he is totally illiterate she decided not to marry him and in the due course she insulted Kishen badly. Angry Raja went after her and was able to win heart both are in love with each other and want to marry but Kishen won’t forgive her. In an attempt to convince his father, Raja Babu came to know a shocking truth about his life that he is not the child of Kishan and Janki but was adopted. What happens next?
