The movie Iitefaq comes with a story that revolves around the underworld, the theme has been the hot favorite topic of the bollywood since ages. The story of the movie focuses on the central character ( Sunil Shetty ) once a police officer, was forced to quit the job y the corruption spread in the system and all around. He became a gangster after leaving the job from the police department. The story of the movie changes track when he is appointed to get Mukul Dev who was the prime witness of the murder of a police office (Aroon Bakshi ). The gangster who asked Sunil Shetty to get Mukul dev was Manoj Joshi.

Manoj Joshi a dread gangster was able to sneak some vital information from the army headquarters in the form of a CD, which was captured by the police officer whom he murdered. Buthe gave this CD to Mukul Dev, who is now on the run out from him and the assassin Sunil Shetty. During the course he met Pooja Bhatt who was running from her father who was forcefully marring her to a rich guy. When Sunil Shetty met them he realized the love between them, this also reminded him of his love life. He changed completely and now started protecting them from the gangster Manoj Joshi instead of killing him. What happens next? Will they be able to protect the vital information or end up in the gangster’s hands?
