Rajesh Khanna and Tina Munim starrer bollywood movie “Fifty Fifty” was released under the production of Shomu Mukherjee who also handled the job of director of the movie. The movie was released on November 13, 1981 and falls into the genre of action and romantic movies. The supporting cast that played significant role in characterization of various characters in the movie includes Kader Khan, Ranjeet, Om Shiv Puri, Nasir Husain, Anita Guha and Indrani Mukherjee. The movie Fifty Fifty comes up as a typical bollywood masala movie, it has got all the ingredients of a good product, it is filledwith action, romance and drama and with wonderful music it was a sure success. The story of the movie revolves around the royal family of Thakur Virendra Singh who was murdered by his friend Bihari ( Om Shivpuri ) for his property. After the murder he exchanged his son Kumar ( Ranjeet ) with Virendra’s son Kishan ( Rajesh Khanna ). To keep Kishan away from his family he moved him to Mumbai where he was handed to Bihari’s brother who forced Kishan to become a thief.

Time passed by and now Kishan is a grown up man who is an expert thief, he is always involved in impossible robberies. One day he came across a beautiful girl Mary ( Tina Munim ) who also happens to be a thief, both joined hands and worked as a unit. Soon both fell in love with each other but before their story could move further Mary started working for Shamsher Singh ( Kader Khan ), who planted her as the lost daughter of the Royal family of Ranimaa. But soon she learnt that Shamsher is after the huge property of Ranimaa and is planning to kill her after he accomplishes his dreams. But in the mean time Kishan came for her rescue.
