Kajol is a beautiful as well as a talented actress working in Hindi film industry. She is 33 years of age and married to Bollywood actor Ajay Devgan. Her mother Tanuja is also a renowned actress. Kajol’s younger sister Tanisha Mukherjee is also working hard for making her acting career in bollywood. Kajol has been touted as one of the best actresses in Bollywood. After that she starred in a suspense thriller Gupt : The Hidden Truth opposite Bobby Deol. The film also becmae the highest grossing film of that year. Because of her superb act in negative role in the film she won the Filmfare Best Villain Award. Then came romantic codey Ishq in which she paired up with Ajay Devgan. She then delievered three back to back hit films in the form of Salman Khan starrer Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya, Dushamn and Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha. This three film success was followed by her biggest hit of the year, Karan Johar’s Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. She won her second Filmfare Best Actress Award for her performance in the film. However, the year 2000 proved out to be unsuccessful for her as her only release that year, Raju Chacha, failed to do well at the box office.

After the successful Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham which was released in 2001 she took a long break of five years for her next film. She made a successful comeback with Kunal Kohli’s Fanaa opposite Aamir Khan and bagged her fourth Filmfare Best Actress Award. She portrayed a blind Kashmiri girl in the film who falls in love with a Kashmiri terrorist. Her last release was her husband’s debut directional venture titled U, Me aur Hum.
